Materials & Care
Gold & Silver-Tone Metal
Our bracelets and rings are finished with a gold, rose gold or silver plating over a base metal, and like any plated jewellery, they last longest with a little care. Put them on after perfume, lotion and hairspray, not before, and try to avoid contact with water, chlorine and sweat where possible, as prolonged moisture is the most common cause of premature tarnishing. Wipe pieces with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove any residue, and avoid abrasive cloths or polishes not intended for plated finishes.
Storage & The Leather Case
Store bracelets and rings separately, ideally in a soft pouch or lined compartment, so pieces don't scratch against one another or against watch cases when not in use. Our travel case, with its suede-lined interior, is built for exactly this — keep it somewhere dry, avoid overloading the compartments, and let the leather exterior air out rather than sealing it in plastic. A light leather conditioner every few months will keep the cream finish supple; if it becomes lightly marked, a soft, barely damp cloth is usually enough, followed by full drying before the case is closed again.
