Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, with each timepiece fully insured for its stated value while in transit and shipped by a tracked, signature-required courier service. You will receive dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop. Most deliveries within the UK arrive within 2–4 business days; international orders typically take between 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Should your purchase not be quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all packaging, documentation, and accompanying accessories intact. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
