Once your parcel is on its way, we will send tracking details by email so you can follow its journey in real time and plan for its arrival. Delivery windows typically range from 2–5 business days domestically, with international orders taking slightly longer depending on destination and customs processing. Exchanges are handled just as easily — should you prefer a different model, size, or strap, we will happily arrange the swap once your original item has been received and inspected. To qualify for a return or exchange, watches and accessories must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all documentation, tags, and accompanying accessories intact. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered outside of our care cannot be accepted. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item has passed inspection, typically within a few business days.
